Privacy Policy

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect data as part of the signup process to offer you our services. This data may include personal information such as name, address, E-mail address and so.

Personal and contact information of the client is never shared with any third party under any circumstance. Personal and contact information is only released to law enforcement officials when a court order mandates said release.

Our staff members such as support agents may see this data for providing quick support. The collected data stays in the database as long as the user has an account with us. The data is deleted only on account deletion.

We may also collect personal data when you leave a comment on posts. It is collected to offer a better experience and prevent spam. We will also ask for an E-mail address and name on our contact forms. We may delete the info after a few weeks or on request.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to get statistics on our website traffic. You may read about their policies here.

Terms of Service

Use of products and services

You may use any of our services, provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of Pakistan, Canada, the United States Luxembourg, or your jurisdiction of residence. It is required that you provide your current and accurate information when signing up. It is your responsibility to keep this info updated and accurate.

Payments

Invoicing

Invoices are issued 7 days advance of the due date. Unpaid service will be suspended 5 days past the due date. The service will be terminated after 15 days of past due date and all data will be deleted (Except account data).

Disputes and chargeback

Chargeback or dispute of any payment will result in immediate service(s) suspension. The account will not be able to get a new service unless the disputed matter is resolved.

Restrictions

Resource Abuse

We don’t allow resource abuse. Any activity, intentional or otherwise that consumes negatively uses resources and impact other users is not allowed. We will notify the user about this matter the first time and if it is not resolved we may suspend or terminate the service.

Software

Using any cracked, nulled, or malicious software is not allowed. We also restrict certain plugins and themes. You may find the details/names of such themes and plugins below. This list will be updated from time to time and we will notify you if more plugins or themes are added in the list.

Backups and data loss

We don’t take backups of any account. It is your responsibility to regularly take backup. We will not be responsible for any data loss due to the error of either side.

Remedial actions

First offense

If an account is found violating TOS, the offending service will be suspended and a ticket will be opened with the details and steps to resolve the issue. The service will be reactivated once the account owner replies and acknowledges the issue. Unresolved services will be terminated after 15 days and all data will be lost. 

Second offense

The offending service will be suspended and a ticket will be opened with the details and steps to resolve the issue. If the violation was intentional or due to negligence, a fine of $15 will be imposed. The service will be reactivated once the account owner replies and acknowledges the issue and the fine is paid.

Third offense

The offending service will is suspended. Service will is terminated in the next 24 hours and all data will be deleted permanently. All other services on the account are also suspended. A fine of $25 is imposed if the violation was intentional or due to negligence. A ticket will be opened with the details. Once the matter is resolved and the fine is paid, all the remaining services will be reactivated.
