USE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
1.1: You may use any of our services, provided that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of Pakistan, Canada, the United States, Luxembourg, or your jurisdiction of residence.
In order to access any services, you are required to provide current and accurate identification, contact information, and other details as part of the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of your account information, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You are solely responsible for all content on your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide us with accurate information or to keep your account secure.
1.2: We may cancel or suspend your access to services at any time and for any reason without notice. Upon cancellation or suspension, your right to use the service will stop immediately.
You may not have access to data that you stored on the service after we suspend or terminate the service. You are responsible for backing-up the data that you use with the service.
If we cancel your service in its entirety without cause, we will refund to you on a pro-rata basis the amount of your payment corresponding to the portion of your service remaining right before we terminated your service.
CONDITIONS OF USE
2.1.1: You agree that any violations listed in our policies are considered prohibited usage and may result in immediate account suspension and/or termination without compensation.
2.2: Intentional or Malicious violations will result in immediate termination and a ban from any further service.
3.1.1: Clients must provide their legitimate name, surname and residential address when registering an account.
3.1.2: Registration and Order Placement must take place from the client’s residential ISP.
3.1.3: All modifications to an account’s details require a ticket.
3.2.1: Clients may not use any cracked/nulled/illegal software or host them.
4.1.1: All services are billed pro-rata, with a recurring due date on the first of the month.
4.1.2: Orders placed before the 15th of the month will only be billed for the remainder of that month, with the next due date set to the first of the following month.
4.1.3: Orders placed on or after the 20th of the month will be billed the remainder of that month and the entirety of the following month, with the next due date set to the first of the month after.
4.2.1: Account credit does not expire, and cannot be transferred from one client to another.
4.2.2: Existing account credit will automatically be applied towards further generated invoices until exhausted.
4.2.3: Account credit may not be withdrawn or “cashed out” in the form of a refund or other payment.
PAYMENTS & GATEWAYS
5.1.0: We support several payment gateways. Refund policy for them is given below.
5.1.1: JazzCash/EasyPaisa/PayTM/GPay: A refund will be provided within 2 days after the initial provision of the order. No refund will be provided by any mean after two days.
CHARGE-BACKS / DISPUTES
5.2.1: Charge-backs and disputes against any payment will result in immediate suspension of all services on the account until the dispute is removed, and the account prohibited from placing any further orders. All services on the account may be terminated without compensation in the event of dispute or charge-back if suspected fraud or done again.
6.1.1: Orders placed during Business Hours are provisioned within 15-30 minutes provided that the client’s Contact Information is in accordance with the Terms of Service and Payment(s) are made.
6.1.2: Orders placed outside Business Hours are provisioned within 6 hours provided that the client’s Contact Information is in accordance with the Terms of Service and Payment(s) are made.
6.1.3: If client’s contact information or payment is not in accordance with the Terms of Service, the order will be placed on hold, and a support ticket will be opened to the client with details on how to correct the situation.
6.1.4: Orders that remain on Hold status for more than 24 hours with no response from the client are cancelled, and a refund is issued on the payment if applicable.
6.1.5: Orders that remain unpaid for more than 48 hours are removed from the system.
6.2.1: When suspended, a service is brought offline and disabled from being powered on or accessed. No data will be made available, nor the service brought online until the situation resulting in the suspension has been resolved.
6.3.1: Upon termination, all related data and backups are destroyed, and any associated IP addresses released back into the available pool. This process cannot be reversed. The service is terminated in 7 days after suspension.
We take backups every 3 days of all accounts. You may open a ticket with necessary details if you run into any trouble and need a backup restored.
7.1.1: Our Business Hours are from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM PKT (Pakistan Standard Time) from Saturday to Thursday.
7.1.2: Our Business Hours on Friday are from 8:30 AM to 11:30 PM PKT with a break from 11:30 PM to 3 PM PKT.
HostingRig reserves the right to refuse service and / or access to its servers to anyone. HostingRig does not allow to host contents or links promoting any religion or sect. Following contents are also not allowed to host.
8.1.1: Illegal Material
This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.
8.1.2: Adult Material
Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of “adult material” is left entirely to the discretion of HostingRig.
Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide “links to” or “how-to” information about such material.
HostingRig has zero-tolerance for UBE/UCE (unsolicited bulk email/unsolicited commercial Email). This policy protects our customers as well as the internet community from the negative effects of “spam” related activity. We define UBE/UCE as unsolicited broadcast or commercial email that is sent to addresses that do not affirmatively and certifiably request such material from that specific sender. We define spam as any type of unsolicited Email used for any purpose. Any unsolicited Email being sent will result in suspension or termination of the offending account. We take a zero-tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited email and other forms of spam.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using a non-existent return Email address when sending commercial solicitations.
- Mail-bombing (sending numerous messages to the same user).
- Subscribing someone else to a mailing list without that person’s permission.
- Posting the same article to multiple newsgroups.
- Using another network to send spam that relates in any way to HostingRig or any site hosted by HostingRig (including your site).
If a client is found in violation of the above no-spam policy, the offending account will be terminated without notice and no refund will be issued.
